Capt. Bill has been fishing the waters of San Francisco Bay and beyond for more than 30 years. He's also been fishing the waters surrounding Sacramento for over two and a half decades now. That amount of fishing has given him tremendous knowledge on the local fish, that's he's keen on sharing with his customers. He's a true angler, spending 12 months of the year on the water – when he's not fishing he's maintaining his boat, exploring the waters, or looking for hotspots.

Living in the Bay area the first 34 years of Bill’s life, he has seen the Bay develop into a great Halibut fishery. Leopard Sharks, Sturgeon and Stripers move in and out according to the season. Many other species of fish are here as well, White Seabass has entered our bay over the last few years which gives us another opportunity to fish. 

The Pacific Ocean is spectacular, going out the Golden Gate, seeing the Bay Area Skyline, there's nothing more beautiful. It holds many species of fish like Rockfish, Lingcod, Halibut, Salmon, Tuna, and many more. 

Bill admits, when it comes to Northern California, he is a romantic at heart. That’s because among all the hustle and bustle, traffic and many many people… It's a terrific area to fish and enjoy what mother nature has given to us. Jilly Sea is a 24' Pilot house, built in Bandon Oregon for Sea Urchin divers on the north coast of California and Oregon. Excellent offshore and Bay boat and has the most stable fishing platform for a boat this size, 8x13.5' of rear deck fishing area, with a 52 gal live bait tank. Dream Fisher is a 21' North River Seahawk which fishes 4 very comfortably. Normally you'll see Bill trolling the West Delta Area, Sacramento, and lower American River. The target catch is usually Salmon and Stripers trolling, or Sturgeon and Stripers on bait.
